【A】You (project leaders and project team members) can check the beamtime schedule for your approved proposals on My Page (Log in to My Page > My Data > Beamtime Schedule Search).

【Q】How do I know the schedule of my proposal(s) approved for beamtime in the forthcoming half-year research term?

【A】Project leaders will be informed of the schedule of their approved proposals via email one month prior to the start of the research period. If you are a project team member, check with your project leader. After the email notification, the beamtime schedule can be checked on My Page (please see above).
