【A】Click the User Registration button on the right-hand side to register as a user. Please do not register twice. If you are unsure if you have registered before or if you have forgotten your password, please contact the Users Office at sp8jasri@spring8.or.jp.
【A】Click the User Card Number Search button which appears on the pages where you are required to provide project team member’s ID number (e.g. Project Team Members page of online application, Author Information page of the Publications Database, etc.), and conduct a search by last name, first name, or affiliation. If you still cannot find the number, check with the member if he or she has chosen “Allow (other users to search for and find the user card number)” for Account Settings on the User Registration page.
【A】Yes. To engage in radiation work (carry out experiments at SPring-8) you must be at least 18 years old by law.

【A】If you do not remember your user card ID number or password, please contact the Users Office at sp8jasri@spring8.or.jp. Do not register twice. Each user should have only one ID and password in any case.
【A】As a general rule, everyone can register as a user. All users (including team members) of Public and Contract Beamlines must register, as well as users of NewSubaru or people who desire to become a member of SPring-8 Users Community (SPRUC). Please make sure to update and correct your details if needed, as future correspondence and information will be sent to the address you provide.
